1. SMOKING
Smoking is only permitted in designated location within the Centre and no smoking is permitted within the exhibition hall. Whoever in breach shall be penalized according to related fire safety regulations.
2. HANGING FROM CEILING
Hanging banners from ceiling within the Halls, please contact the Centre for charges and details.
3. ACCESS WITHIN THE CENTRE
l Passenger Escalators
Passenger escalators are absolutely not to be used for the transport of any freight, equipment or furniture.
l Freight Escalators
Exhibits and bulky materials can only be brought into Level 2 through the freight elevators.
4. FOOD & BEVERAGE SAMPLING
For the distribution of food and beverage sample products within the Leasing Area, the Organizer must obtain written approval from the relevant authorities.
All sampling of food and beverage products are subjected to compliance with the general standards of health, safety, sanitation and any other specific requirements of Food & Health Administration of China. Outside snacks are prohibited from entering the areas without permission
5. ANIMALS
No reptile, fish, bird or live animal shall be allowed in the Centre, except as an approved exhibit, or used in conjunction with an activity or performance provided always that the Organizer has shown to the satisfaction of the Centre that proper precautions will have to be taken for their care, control and restrain and obtained the prior written approval of the Centre.
6. CLEANING SERVICE
The centre will provide general cleaning service to public area and conference rooms as included in the Rental Fee.
7. MANAGEMENT FEE
The Organizer must inform the contractor(s) and freight forwarder(s) to pay management fee(s) to the Centre.
8. UTILITY SERVICES
For safety reason, installation and connection of all utility services, including electricity, water, drainage and compressed air and telecommunications will be provided by the Centre. Please contact the Centre for details.
Additionally, the organizer will be charged for utility consumption fee according to the electricity meter record.
9. USE OF THE CENTRE AND ITS FACILITIES
1. All costs of constructions, installations and dismantling shall be carried out at the expense of the Organizer and shall be carried out in such a manner as not to cause unnecessary disturbance or disruption to the activities of other occupiers at the Centre.
2. No nails, adhesives, thumb tacks and such like materials shall be used on any part of the premises without the prior approval of the Licensor and if such approval is granted the Licensee shall be responsible and liable for any damage arising out of such use.
3. The Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring that all rented items from the Licensor are restored to the same good order and condition as at the commencement of the License Period at the end of the License Period.
4. Unless otherwise approved by the Licensor in writing, it is hereby agreed that the display or entry into the Centre of the following is prohibited: arms, drugs, guns, swords, ammunition, explosives, inflammable materials, radioactive substances and other goods of a dangerous nature, goods prohibited for import, goods infringing patent rights, goods which may be a hindrance to the smooth operation of the Centre and goods in any other way prohibited by the relevant government authorities.
